Monarch Telemed is a specialized clinical practice owned and operated by Monarch Telemed, LLC, a registered entity in the State of Ohio. Clinical services are provided by a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed to practice in Arizona (Future TBD: Massachusetts, Minnesota, and North Carolina). All telehealth services are conducted in strict accordance with state-specific nursing board regulations and federal HIPAA standards to ensure the highest level of clinical ethics, patient privacy, and professional responsibility.
