I start by listening, really listening, to understand your symptoms, goals, and pace. From there, we develop a thoughtful, evidence-based medication plan tailored to you. Appointments are collaborative and judgment-free, with a focus on clarity, stability, and sustainable improvement.

Hi, I'm Molly

Hi, I'm Molly

Hi, I'm Molly

If you visited my home, you’d find my two dogs occupying the center of the bed while I occupy the edge. It’s a conscious choice of connection over enforcement.

I believe Marcus Aurelius was right: nothing in this world truly belongs to us. We are simply on loan from this reality – time, money, possessions, health; all of it is a loan.

It’s a philosophy that might sound heavy at first. But I find this perspective incredibly freeing. If we let go of the pressure to 'own' or control the future, we are finally free to give everything we have to the present moment.

So, what do we own? What is ours? Our character, the ability to radiate kindness, and the connections we cultivate are ours.

Anddd that, my friends, is the governance of how I live my life and practice psychiatry.

I lost someone close to me to suicide when I was young, and it changed the direction of my life. That experience taught me how to hear the "invisible cries." The things people say without saying.

I used to call it a sixth sense. Clinically, it’s pattern recognition: constantly connecting dots in real time. This is not just a job to me; it's my calling. And it is why I show up the way I do.
